Richard spent the first 5 years of his career in City Agency before transferring to the West End. He has now been at COH for over 20 years advising clients all over Central London on both leasing and acquisitions. In an ideal world Richard would spend his spare time golfing, skiing and sampling red wine, but 4 children keep him on the straight and narrow, most of the time.

Nick commenced his career in 2002 and has been at COH since 2006, focusing on all aspects of Central London offices. Nick is a long suffering supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Peter Dewar

Peter has in excess of 20 years’ experience, working on Central London investments and developments, as well as advising on income strip and annuity style transactions. Peter lives in Northamptonshire (with a few nights in London) with his wife, three children and three dogs.

Phil Frenay

Phil is Crossland Otter Hunt ‘man and boy’ and focuses on office acquisitions and leasing work. The one thing that rivals Phil’s love for property is his love of all sport, both participating in and spectating. Thankfully his skills as an agent far surpass his abilities on the sports field.

Jessica Flather

Associate Partner

With a decade of experience working in the Central London office market, Jess provides strategic leasing and occupational advice to a wide range of clients, from start ups to institutional organisations. She is passionate about design, wellbeing and has a keen eye for detail. Alongside traditional leasing, Jess also specialises in flexible leasing brokerage within the serviced office sector and has acquired space on behalf of a number of clients over recent years.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys staying active by exploring the Suffolk countryside with her young family and friends. As a busy working mother, she squeezes in a reformer Pilates class where she can and likes to wind down with a spacy margarita when time allows.

Gregor Wallace

Partner

Gregor has specialised in Central London investment advisory since 2002, focusing primarily on office and retail investments. Additionally, he has provided advice on various residential assets. He has guided numerous family offices and private investors on acquisitions and ongoing strategies.

Outside of work, he is an avid motorsport fan, a reasonably good badminton player, and a terrible skier.

Charlotte Steele

Surveyor

Charlotte has worked in the Central London Market since 2021. She graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2020 with a degree in Geography. She then completed her Master’s at the University of Reading, before joining Crossland Otter Hunt. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys both playing and watching sports, being outdoors, and travelling.

Bryan Pontifex

Partner

Bryan was a founding partner in Crossland Otter Hunt, having started his career at Healey and Baker with whom he spent a period of time working in New York. Away from the office, you’ll find Bryan golfing, taking the dog on holiday or skiing, but only the first two in Scotland.

Oscar Holmes

Surveyor

Oscar has worked in the Central London Market since 2021 and has recently joined the investment team at Crossland Otter Hunt. He has a Real Estate degree from Oxford Brookes and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Outside of work, Oscar aims to spend as much time as humanly possible skiing.

Jon Staniforth

Surveyor

Jon concentrates on rent review and lease renewal work and in addition he is an accredited Arbitrator. Jon still helps with the running of his cricket team and plays the occasional game, making sure there are two young fielders either side of him to do all the work! Otherwise golf and gardening occupy the weekends.

Mathis Piquiot

SURVEYOR

Mathis has recently joined Crossland Otter Hunt. He graduated from the University of Durham in 2023 with a degree in Anthropology. Afterwards he did a Master’s in real estate at the University of Reading graduating in the summer of 2024. Outside of work he believes he is a racket sport person. However, he can only play squash adequately.
